Returns & Refunds policy

At 48Amor, every item is made especially for you. Because we use print-on-demand partners to create our products, all sales are subject to the policy below.

Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are custom-made upon ordering. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color variations due to screen settings

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos up to 5 photos or 1 video, clearly showing the issue and you may use a measuring tool.

  • There's no need to return the item.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our print partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue covered under our policy (damage, defect, or error), we will replace the item instead.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
